What’s a fun fact about you?
Though it was not much fun but rather hard work, sweat and tears, although I’ve been always into sports as a child, I ended up graduating Law School - which I might say it was a pretty good brain training - and had an office job as a legal advisor before changing country and career and become a personal trainer.
What can you talk about for hours?
Exercise, nutrition, wellbeing but not only. It depends on who’s on the other side of the conversation.
What’s your favorite smell?
Lavender, coffee, fresh cut grass, the sea …but also the smell of chips and a steak if I’m hungry
What are you proud of, but never have an excuse to talk about?
Buying my flat - with mortgage of course; although it might sound like a life sentence, I actually feel it’s been my greatest achievement so far.
What’s one super power you would NOT want?
Being immortal - I’m not sure I would like to live to see everyone I love dying.
What is the most normal thing about you?
I like having a pijama day - when I don’t want to do anything but watch TV and …just be lazy.
What do you hate?
Hate it’s a feeling I do not like to invest energy, I usually dislike at most and then I move on. But I dislike when people are lying - I don’t think we can ever build anything good without trust.

I’ve been personal trainer in London for over 12 years and have had the chance to work with hundreds of people from all walks of life, each with their own individual needs from building strength to overcoming injuries.
My main goal is to have a positive impact on you as on every client I work with not just by making you look better, but by making you healthier and feel happier with yourself.
I love what I do, and get so much satisfaction in helping clients achieve their goals.
My teaching style
I usually provide example and I like when I see that people ask questions because I want my clients to understand what are they doing and why are they doing it and how is this going to help them.
My approach is not about quick fixes, but about supporting you in the long term with sustainable changes.
I will give you personal and close support that is tailored around your needs. Your performance will be monitored and I’ll also give you live personal feedback.
Exercise and diets are far less effective when done in isolation and that’s why my approach is a holistic one.
I’ll provide you with a bespoke exercise programme that is supported with nutritional advice and lifestyle guidance, to help you implement sustainable strategies for a lifetime of good wellbeing.

You can expect to learn things but most important to understand what we are doing, you can ask questions and get answers in a very honest manner.
