Nutritional breakfasts

Hi, I’m Elliott, and I love creating new simple recipes. Quick meals you can start having for breakfast.

Simple and easy because it’s nice to start the day without a big production.

Mostly vegetarian because some people are vegetarian (plus I’m almost veggie).

Nutritious because we all need to start the day by putting fuel into our tanks-- they say breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

Tasty because why bother if it isn’t a pleasure to eat.

Sometimes I provide a dinner recipe with instructions to make, say, extra pasta, so you’ll have it on hand when you throw things together for breakfast the next day.

New subscribers pay $15 for weekly emails. You’ll get an email with 2 or 3 new recipes on Sunday, a mininum of 10 recepies each month. If you want to extend your subscription for the next three months after your first month, you can for $45.
