It almost Dinner time in the UK and that burger looks amazing …

Hi Toni, thanks for reaching out! I may confidently say it was delish, healthy and easy to make.
1 cup and 1/2 of grind mushrooms
2 cans of black beans
1 Cup and 1/2 of grind pecans
1 cup of grind carrots
1 onion very small chopped
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp cumin
1/5 tsp chilly flakes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/3 cup chia seeds
Splash olive oil
Splash worcestairshire sauce
Tip: use a food processor
Mix everything together on a pan until it looks sticky…
shape the bean patties
Bake 350 F until the patties look they hold firmly. Usually the look brown.
Put the burgers together in the buns with your favorites ingredients .
Yummy… I also did some potatoes and sweet potato wedges also baked to accompany!
