Many people suffer from low to no self-esteem as did I once before. There are many ways to build self-esteem.

Change your thoughts about yourself. Think of yourself in a more positive light. In the mirror, choose to see eyes that see beauty, lips that speak kindness, cheeks that hold kisses, ECT instead of bags under your eyes or wrinkles.

Tell yourself that you love yourself. I love you, insert name here. Do this in front of a mirror once you become comfortable.

Treat yourself with kindness, love, and respect.

Take care of your basic needs and hygiene.

Write a list of your accomplishments and talents.

Write a list of your values.

Use affirmations. I am loved. I am brave. I am beautiful
*And always remember to be easy on yourself. Speak kindly to yourself and never put yourself down.
