I was a skinny kid who grew up in a rough neighborhood and got bullied, so fitness became my escape. I have spent most of my life in the fitness industry, learning and improving my skills on different levels. I dedicated 6 years to competitive boxing and 10 years to martial arts practice. Over the past 10 years, I have transitioned from in-person training and running a gym to working as strength development and injury prevention specialist online in order to help more people across America.

My specialty is in injury prevention and science-based training methods using dumbbells and barbells through interval time periods. I help athletes level up their training and strength so they can feel and perform at their best. My in-person services and online training have not only enhanced their strengths but have helped my clients develop new, non-restrictive mindsets about nutrition and exercise that are conducive to their sport and lifestyle. I like to motivate my clients by reminding them that every little bit you consistently give in your training will lead to your goals— trust the process, put in the work, and the results will come.

When I’m not coaching clients, working on my business, or boxing, I love spending time chasing my son around and exploring the beautiful Northwest with my family.

If you’re on the fence about your health and fitness goals, I would love to offer you a free clarity call and point you in the right direction! Just send me a message.

Who is this for?

Athletes who want to improve their muscular imbalances, strength, and power. Rec. athletes who want to master functional movements and bulletproof their bodies for the longterm.

What some of my clients have to say:

“Working with Alberto has been the best experience I’ve had with a trainer. His level of knowledge and individual care and attention shows in every single training session. I’m very busy and I seem to find excuses to not take care of my fitness but he checks on me and motivates me which is exactly what I need.”

"I love Level Up Strength Society! I’ve been working with Alberto for about 6 months, and the results are amazing. Alberto is super good at designing programs to meet my specific needs and helping me stay motivated. I have seen improvements in my running, biking, and overall strength. I feel great!

Great post Alberto! Here’s what I like. I like how you focus on injury prevention. With your vast amount of experience and skill, you could have easily made statements on how you can help everyone. But you did not. Awesome. Instead, you narrowed down to your speciality. This gives confidence to any athlete who is looking for ways to reach peak performance. I also like the testimonies.

Here’s what I want to see:

Take me deeper into your experience.

Photos / video of you in action - Show me your boxing and marital photos. Show me your photos with your beautiful family. Do you have any video or photos of your clients in action? I want to imagine what it’s like working with you without ever being able to talk or meet you in-person first.

Teach me something - Do you have some YouTube videos where you are demoing a simple exercise that I can do at home like fire hydrants? Can you walk me through how one simple exercise can fix 70% of my problems. For instance, if I have tight hamstrings this could lead to poor posture which could lead to poor performance (I think? Correct me please).

And that’s it for now. Great job for putting yourself out there.
